| Caitlin Quinn Communications and Grants Manager Caitlin is originally from Poughkeepsie, NY and shares her life with one dog, Paddy. Caitlin received her BA in English and Communications and has extensive experience as a volunteer grant writer. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration from Marist College. Caitlin directs the grants and awards program, manages communications between AFF staff members and the public, creates promotional and educational materials, and provides customer service to anyone contacting AFF. Caitlin’s main focus is supporting AFF’s grantees, so no matter what stage of the application process you’re in, Caitlin is here to help. | Bernice Clifford Director of Behavior and Training Bernice, a Certified Professional Dog Trainer, is originally from Brookline, Massachusetts. Bernice has three dogs that help out at AFF: Dixie, a 12 year old pit bull helps shelter dogs learn to play appropriately with other dogs; Luthor, a 9 year old pit bull mix teaches shelter puppies how to respect elders; and Creature, a 2 year old Pug teaches shelter dogs how to behave around small dogs. Bernice creates enrichment and behavior protocols for the dogs at AFF and in other shelters and rescues. She travels nationwide, speaking at conferences about enrichment, training, and behavior modification for shelter dogs. Bernice focuses on behavior follow up for adopters, assisting with special adoptions, and working with other shelter and training professionals. Contact: adoptions@animalfarmfoundation.org |
