YOU WILL BE ASKED FOR THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

• A copy of the letter of determination from the Internal Revenue Service documenting that your organization is recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity.
  
  
• A link to your web site.
  
  
• Copies of supplemental materials used by your organization, if any, that are "pit bull" specific.
  
  
• Describe the current spay/neuter policies, ordinances and services in the community your program will serve.

New in 2013: Due to increasing interest and demand for the Community Training Grant and the Spay/Neuter Grant, Animal Farm Foundation has made some changes to these programs. Applications for these two grants will be accepted only between January 1 and March 1 of each year. Decisions regarding distribution of grant funds will be made by March 30. All other grants will continue to be accepted on a rolling basis and can be applied for at any time.
